ALL-NATURAL MINERAL PANELS
WFI PANELS™ mineral panels are revolutionizing the market.
They are versatile, multi-functional, high performance and eco-friendly.
They can be used to replace gypsum board, OSB, plywood, and fiber-cement while eliminating the inconveniences of each one. WFI PANELS™ require no special tools, they can be cut and installed just as easily as conventional sheet materials!
WHY CHOOSE WFI PANELS™?
WFI PANELS™ are not affected by water. If water damage occurs, just let them dry!
WFI PANELS™ remain stable despite large shifts in temperature and humidity
The mineral composition of WFI PANELS™ is fire resistant and non-flammable
The homogeneous composition and manufacturing process of WFI PANELS™ eliminate delamination issues and provide increased durability and resistance
MOULD & MILDEW RESISTANT
Thanks to the inert nature of the components making up our panels, mold and mildew cannot develop on them
WFI PANELS™ are more dense than most conventional sheet building materials, contributing to decreasing and attenuating sound transfer.
Our panels are highly resistant to impact, requiring fewer repairs and touch-ups
Manufactured using natural materials, WFI PANELS™ can easily be recycled. Additionally, the manufacturing process for the boards requires very little energy consumption.
*CERTIFIED FIRE RESISTANT
WFI PANELS™ are non-combustible and Class A1 fire rated, scoring a zero flame spread and zero smoke developed rating when tested to CAN/ULC S102
THE ENVIRONMENT, OUR PRIORITY
Made entirely from natural substances: magnesium, perlite, wood chips, fiberglass and water, WFI PANELS™ are non-toxic and do not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
WFI PANELS™ are free of asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, chloroform, ethylene glycol, or any other toxic chemical. Having been testes for 38 different toxic chemicals, they are proven not to contain any.
The manufacturing and drying process allows the panels to harden at room temperature, thus using much less energy in comparison to the various processes used for manufacturing many of the standard sheet materials conventionally used.
Additionally, WFI PANELS™ waste can be broken down to be fully recycled.
Using WFI PANELS™ on your projects may help to obtain credits towards a LEED® certification.
